Marinated whitefish with Estonian Vodka GI

How to prepare


  • 1 kg whitefish fillet
  • 20 g Estonian Vodka GI
  • 9 g sugar
  • 26 g salt
  • a small glass of Estonian Vodka GI for serving

1. Rub the fish with the Estonian Vodka GI.

2. Gently rub the salt and sugar mixture into the fish.

3. Wrap the marinated fish in plastic film and cool for 24 hours in the fridge.

4. Cut the fish into thin slices.

5. Serve with a small glass of Estonian Vodka GI. Enjoy, it's marinated whitefish with Estonian Vodka GI!
