Κανονισμοί για τα συστήματα ποιότητας
Η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή έχει εγκρίνει πολλούς κανονισμούς σχετικά με την εφαρμογή των συστημάτων ποιότητας στον αμπελοοινικό τομέα. Ως τμήμα της κοινής οργάνωσης των αγορών, ο αμπελοοινικός τομέας καλύπτεται από ειδικό κανονισμό ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει την εφαρμογή των συστημάτων ποιότητας της ΕΕ. Άλλες νομοθετικές πράξεις καθορίζουν την εφαρμογή κανόνων για τα συστήματα ποιότητας, τους απαιτούμενους σχετικούς ελέγχους, την επισήμανση και την παρουσίαση ορισμένων προϊόντων του αμπελοοινικού τομέα.
