Inspired by the natural sweetness of Strandzhanski manov med PDO
Strandzhanski manov med PDO is an oak wood honey produced in the protected forests of the Strandzha massif in southern Bulgaria.
The honey is harvested at the height of summer, when the flora and fauna of the forest work in harmony to produce honeydew, a sweet substance foraged by honeybees.
The honey is characterised by a dark brown hue with a greenish tint, colours that evoke its oak wood origins.
