Reasons to love Suska sechlońska PGI

Suska sechlońska PGI is a sweet and sticky smoked prune, produced in fire-heated kilns across the rolling hills of southern Poland.

Local producers tend to the fires and churn the layers of plums; as the chambers fill with smoke and warm air, the plums baste in their natural sugars and juices, creating a unique blend of smoky sweetness.
