Überblick
Im Jahr 2012 richtete die Generaldirektion Landwirtschaft und ländliche Entwicklung der Europäischen Kommission eine Sachverständigengruppe für landwirtschaftliche Grunderzeugnisse und Spotmärkte ein. Die Mitglieder der Sachverständigengruppe vertreten die EU-Länder und die europäischen Verbände verschiedener Agrarsektoren.
Die Expertengruppe ist ein beratendes Gremium, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht, die Kommissionsdienststellen durch Beratung und Fachwissen in folgenden Bereichen zu unterstützen:
- Funktionsweise der Märkte für Derivate auf landwirtschaftliche Grunderzeugnisse und der Spotmärkte
- Umsetzung bestehender EU-Rechtsvorschriften und -Strategien
- Formulierung von Legislativvorschlägen und politischen Initiativen in diesem Bereich
