Présentation
En 2012, la direction générale de l’agriculture et du développement rural de la Commission européenne a créé un groupe d’experts sur les instruments dérivés sur matières premières agricoles et les marchés au comptant. Les membres du groupe d’experts représentent les pays de l’UE et les associations européennes de différents secteurs agricoles.
Le groupe d’experts est une entité consultative chargée de fournir des conseils et une expertise aux services de la Commission en ce qui concerne:
- le fonctionnement des instruments dérivés sur matières premières agricoles et des marchés au comptant;
- la mise en œuvre de la législation et des politiques existantes de l’UE;
- la préparation de propositions législatives et d’initiatives politiques dans ce domaine.
