Επισκόπηση
Το 2012, η γενική διεύθυνση Γεωργίας και Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής συγκρότησε ομάδα εμπειρογνωμόνων για τα παράγωγα επί βασικών γεωργικών προϊόντων και τις αγορές άμεσης παράδοσης. Τα μέλη της ομάδας εμπειρογνωμόνων εκπροσωπούν τις χώρες της ΕΕ καθώς και ευρωπαϊκές ενώσεις διάφορων γεωργικών τομέων.
Η ομάδα εμπειρογνωμόνων είναι ένα συμβουλευτικό όργανο του οποίου τα καθήκοντα συνίστανται στην παροχή συμβουλών και εμπειρογνωμοσύνης στις υπηρεσίες της Επιτροπής σχετικά με:
- τη λειτουργία των αγορών παραγώγων επί βασικών γεωργικών προϊόντων και των αγορών άμεσης παράδοσης
- την εφαρμογή της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας και των πολιτικών της ΕΕ
- την προετοιμασία νομοθετικών προτάσεων και πολιτικών πρωτοβουλιών σ’ αυτόν τον τομέα.
