Sprawozdanie

The conference was organised to highlight the role of vocational education and training (VET) for farming. It aimed to identify challenges and successful approaches for the development of the right skills to enable the transition to a sustainable and resilient EU farming sector. It gathered around 100 participants in the meeting room and over 1 200 participants followed the web streaming from across Europe. These included teachers, students, training providers, EU and national organisations and policy makers, who came together to discuss the role agricultural VET can play in creating a farming sector that is ready for the green and digital transition. The outcomes of the event have been fed into the European Year of Skills.
