Förordningar om kvalitetsordningar
EU-kommissionen har antagit flera förordningar om EU:s kvalitetsordningar inom sektorn för vin. Vinsektorn är en del av den gemensamma organisationen av marknaderna, och omfattas av sin särskilda förordning och EU:s kvalitetsordningar. Annan lagstiftning omfattar bestämmelser för hur kvalitetsordningarna ska genomföras, de kontroller som krävs och märkning och presentation av vissa vinprodukter.
