Uredbe o shemah kakovosti
Evropska komisija je sprejela več uredb o izvajanju shem kakovosti v vinskem sektorju. V okviru skupne ureditve trgov je sektor vina zajet v posebni uredbi, ki vključuje uporabo shem kakovosti EU. Druge zakonodaje določajo izvajanje pravil za sheme kakovosti, potrebne preglede, označevanje in predstavitev nekaterih proizvodov iz vinskega sektorja.
