Rozporządzenia w sprawie systemów jakości
Komisja Europejska przyjęła szereg rozporządzeń w sprawie wdrożenia systemów jakości w sektorze wina. Sektor wina jest częścią wspólnej organizacji rynku, a zastosowanie do niego ma oddzielne rozporządzenie, które przewiduje stosowanie systemów jakości UE. Inne akty ustawodawcze dotyczą wdrożenia przepisów w sprawie systemów jakości, wymaganych powiązanych kontroli, etykietowania i prezentacji określonych produktów sektora wina.
