Regulas par kvalitātes shēmām
Eiropas Komisija ir pieņēmusi vairākas regulas par kvalitātes shēmu īstenošanu vīna nozarē. Uz šo nozari, kas ir daļa no tirgu kopīgās organizācijas, attiecas tās īpašā regula, kas ietver ES kvalitātes shēmu piemērošanu. Citos tiesību aktos noteikti kvalitātes shēmu īstenošanas noteikumi, kas reglamentē noteiktu vīna nozares produktu pārbaudes, marķēšanu un noformēšanu.
