Regolamenti sui regimi di qualità
La Commissione Europea ha adottato diversi regolamenti per l'attuazione dei regimi di qualità nel settore vitivinicolo. Il settore vitivinicolo, parte integrante dell'organizzazione comune dei mercati, è disciplinato da un apposito regolamento che comprende l'applicazione dei regimi di qualità dell'UE. Altri atti legislativi stabiliscono l'attuazione delle norme in materia di regimi di qualità, controlli richiesti, etichettatura e presentazione di determinati prodotti vitivinicoli.
