Réglementation relative aux systèmes de qualité
La Commission européenne a adopté de nombreux règlements relatifs à la mise en œuvre de systèmes de qualité dans le secteur vitivinicole. Ce secteur, qui fait partie de l’organisation commune des marchés, est couvert par un règlement spécifique, qui comprend l’application de systèmes de qualité de l’UE. D’autres dispositions législatives fixent les modalités d'application relatives aux systèmes de qualité, aux contrôles requis, à l’étiquetage et à la présentation de certains produits du secteur vitivinicole.
