Kvaliteedikavasid käsitlevad määrused
Euroopa Komisjon on vastu võtnud mitmed määrused ELi kvaliteedikavade rakendamise kohta veinisektoris. Ühise turukorralduse raames hõlmab veinisektorit erimäärus, mis hõlmab ELi kvaliteedikavade kohaldamist. Muudes õigusaktides on sätestatud kvaliteedikavade eeskirjade rakendamine, teatavate veinisektori toodete puhul nõutavad kontrollid, nende märgistamine ja esitlemine.
