Verordnungen zu den Qualitätsregelungen
Die Europäische Kommission hat mehrere Verordnungen für die Anwendung der EU-Qualitätsregelungen im Weinsektor verabschiedet. Als Teil der gemeinsamen Marktorganisation gilt für den Weinsektor eine besondere Verordnung, in der auch die Anwendung der EU-Qualitätsregelungen festgelegt ist. In anderen Rechtsakten werden die Umsetzung der Vorschriften für die Qualitätsregelungen, die damit verbundenen vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen, die Kennzeichnung und die Aufmachung bestimmter Erzeugnisse des Weinsektors festgelegt.
