Panorâmica
Em 2012, a Direção-Geral da Agricultura e do Desenvolvimento Rural da Comissão Europeia criou um grupo de peritos sobre mercados de derivados de mercadorias agrícolas e mercados à vista. Os membros do grupo de peritos representam os países da UE e as associações europeias de vários setores agrícolas.
O grupo de peritos é uma entidade consultiva que tem por missão prestar aconselhamento e disponibilizar conhecimentos especializados aos serviços da Comissão sobre:
- o funcionamento dos mercados de derivados de mercadorias agrícolas e dos mercados à vista
- a execução da legislação e das políticas da UE em vigor
- a preparação de propostas legislativas e de iniciativas neste domínio
